Hey there, I’m Candi

about

From a young age, I’ve collected an incredible assortment of photographs that are so much more than just pictures; they capture the essence of my happiest moments and the people I love most. It soon became clear to me how important these snapshots are, each one weaving together the stories of my family, friends, and all the beautiful times I’ve had. This realisation sparked a deep passion for photography within me, and I set out to hone my skills as I transformed what started as a hobby into a fulfilling career. Over the last 15 years, I’ve dived into numerous photography courses and learned from talented mentors, dedicating myself to mastering this art. In 2015, I launched Candi’s Lens Photography, which has since become Candice Harris Photography, and I took a brave step in 2016 by leaving my teaching job to pursue photography full-time. Since then, I have balanced my love for my family and marriage with my commitment to developing my photography skills in wedding and lifestyle settings. Photography isn’t just what I do—it’s my passion, and I feel incredibly lucky to capture beautiful moments for others, creating timeless treasures that will be cherished for years to come.

“We keep this love in a photograph,

we made these memories for ourselves”

ED SHEERAN

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m busy being a Mumma to my three young daughters Daisy, Elsie, and Josie and sharing life with my wonderful husband Steve in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. Our girls fill each day with joy and our two chocolate Labradors Bella and Didi bring even more snuggles to our household. Alongside my passion for family and photography, music is a huge part of my life. I love playing the piano and double bass and experiencing the delight of creating music with an orchestra while embracing the vibrant atmosphere of live performances. There’s nothing quite like family time for me, especially during our delightful caravan trips where we create amazing memories together. I’m a big fan of weddings and have a special love for Christmas since I believe it’s never too early for festive songs or holiday films. Whenever I get a chance to unwind, you can find me lost in a good book, whether it’s a sweet romance or an intriguing myth that sparks my imagination.
