How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?

It’s best to book your wedding photographer as soon as you’ve confirmed your date and venue – ideally 9–18 months in advance. Popular summer weekends across Coventry, Warwickshire, and the West Midlands tend to fill up quickly. However, if your date is sooner, it’s always worth checking availability.

Do you travel for weddings outside Coventry or the West Midlands?

Yes, absolutely. Although I’m based in Coventry, I photograph weddings all across the UK – from Warwick and Leamington Spa to the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, and beyond. Travel within the Midlands is usually included, and I’m happy to create a quote for weddings further afield.

What is your photography style?

My photography style is natural and relaxed, capturing genuine moments as they unfold. I combine documentary-style storytelling with gentle direction for portraits, ensuring you look and feel like yourselves on the day.

How many photos will we receive?

Every wedding is unique, but you can usually expect between 400–800 fully edited images depending on your coverage. All photos are individually edited in my signature style and delivered in a private online gallery ready to download and share.

How long after the wedding will we receive our photos?

You’ll receive a preview selection within a few days of your wedding. Your full gallery is usually ready within 6–8 weeks, depending on the season. I’ll always keep you updated if I expect any delays during busy periods.

“Life is the flower for which love is the honey.”
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?

Yes, I do. Engagement sessions are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day. They can take place anywhere you like — from your venue grounds to a favourite local park or countryside spot in Warwickshire or the Cotswolds.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

Rain doesn’t stop great photos! I always come prepared with creative ideas and lighting equipment to make the most of any weather. Many of my favourite images were taken in dramatic light or with umbrellas in hand.

Are you insured?

Yes, I’m fully insured with both public liability and professional indemnity cover – something most venues require for wedding photographers.

How do we book you?

Once you’ve confirmed your date, I’ll send over a booking form and deposit invoice to secure your day. The remaining balance is usually due 4 weeks before your wedding. Everything is handled simply and securely online. If you want to pay the balance by installments that is fine too, whatever makes it easier for you.

Do you offer albums or prints?

Yes, I offer a range of albums, prints, and wall products, I have samples I can show you when we meet. Some of my packages already include an album. Many couples choose to add an album after they’ve seen their gallery, you can also request smaller duplicate albums for other family members as lovely gifts and keepsakes.

Can I download and keep the images?

Yes, absolutely. All of your edited photos are delivered in a private online gallery, where you can download the full-resolution images without watermarks. You’re free to keep, print and share them as you wish.

“Every photograph is a petal in the story of your love.”

Do you photograph micro or elopement weddings?

Yes, I love photographing smaller celebrations and elopements. Whether it’s just the two of you or an intimate gathering of close family and friends, I capture the same care and attention as any full-day wedding. I can tailor coverage to suit your plans perfectly, whether that’s a few hours at a registry office in Coventry or a relaxed countryside ceremony further afield.

Can we request specific shots or group photos?

Of course. Before the day, we’ll go through any important group shots or special moments you’d like captured. I’ll make sure there’s a clear list so nothing is missed. On the day itself, I keep group photos quick and organised so you can get back to enjoying your celebrations while still having all the key memories preserved.

Do you photograph LGBTQ+ weddings?

Yes, absolutely. Every couple deserves beautiful photos of their wedding day, and I’m proud to photograph weddings for all couples, regardless of gender or orientation. My focus is always on documenting genuine emotion, connection and love — your story, exactly as it unfolds.

Can you provide a second photographer?

Yes, I can arrange a trusted second photographer if you’d like additional coverage of your day. A second photographer is ideal for capturing both of you getting ready in different locations or for wider coverage during the ceremony and reception. I work with experienced professionals whose style matches mine.

Do you offer video?

Yes. Alongside photography, I can create a short highlight video (around 5 minutes) that captures key moments from your day – perfect for sharing on social media or as a personal keepsake.

I can set up static video cameras for the ceremony and speaches if timings allows. Let’s discuss what you would like and see what works. If you prefer to have the full day recorded I am happy to work with your preferred videographer.
